Exploring Audio Described Movies at Dendy Cooparoo

A heart felt day doing hearts and crafts at the Mustard Seed in Woolloongabba. We were really impressed with this activity, especially because everything that is made is donated to those in need. Then, for a complete change of pace, we watched Barbie audio described at the Dendy Cooparoo. The audio description was excellent, it’s so nice that places like the Dendy are making the effort to make the movies, more accessible, wonderful service.

(Anna) Hello my name is Anna I work at The Mustard Seed at Woolloongabba.
We here at the community centre we do lots of fun things, today for instance we've been packing up pencil cases you can see them over here and filling them in with coloured pencils and lead pencils and erasers, sharpeners to give to kids in need and that's part of our Heart and Craft group that changes every time we meet together.
We also have Aussie Tucker kitchen, we've got classes art classes for preschool age kids we've got a walking group, pilates class and board game club so if you want to know more
