Patting cats at Lucky Cat Cafe

18/02/2024

A paws for applause for all the great support we received from Chris and Geoff from Love to Assist in this weeks pur-fect group outing activity at the Lucky Cat Café in Annerley. Note the café is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please watch the video below for further information.

  • Hi I'm Kaira, I work at the Lucky Cat Cafe.

So essentially in a separate little room we

have up to 10 resting cats at any given time.

And people can pay $15 a person, a person

an hour to go in and hang out with them.

Things you should probably know, especially

if you're coming in on the weekend or school

holidays, book ahead cause we get full very

    quickly.

We only let up to 10 people in at a time.

Cause we don't want it to get too crowded,

plus if you book online there are certain

deals you can get like the Cats Coffee Cake

deals where it also includes a free drink

and a free cookie or cake.

We also have Birthday packages and stuff.

    All that information is online.

    Are we inclusive?

I would say we are, we accept companion cards,

we have a ramp, [mumbles] I can not speak

    I'm so sorry.

[Peter] That's okay you're doing great

[Kaira] We have ramps, for wheelchair or if

you just need some assistance getting up.

The staff are happy to help in any way we

    can.

If you have a support worker you don't need

to book for them, they can just come in and

help you as they need to.

    And yeah.

[Peter] Thank you so much, you took care of

us really well, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

    [Kaira] I'm glad you enjoyed!

    Thank you!
