Lego Expo

Hey Peter here and today I'm with Chris we are going to the Lego Fan Expo at the RNA showgrounds and I'm going to do a before and after video so this is the before video just want to see how you feel about today Chris are you excited what are your thoughts

(Chris) Oh I'm really looking forward to today it's so exciting, I've experienced it before as a kid and so really interested in this event it come out

(Peter) Yeah yeah no it's going to be really exciting and I have to mention too we've got some waffles in front of us of ice cream we're at the New Black Cafe in Fortitude Valley which is in Bakery Lane just down from Brunswick Street Mall how does that taste Chris?

(Chris) Well this tastes delicious

(Peter) yeah recommend this Cafe good service good food

(Chris) it's a really good Cafe and it's the only Cafe that is open for lunch in the morning there most Cafe in the city are closed in the morning

(Peter) what a plug all right we'll leave it there we'll check in with you guys a bit later for the after video hope everyone's having a good day

(Tim) Hi everyone my name is Tim and this is my lego so this is what they call Classic town it's spands from about 1979 with the spaceships up to about 1989 with the cafe down the end and it captures pretty much everything in between we've got Town we've got 12 volt trains, we've got airport, we've got space, we've got Pirates we've got Harbor and this is about 45 years working putting this one together so I hope you enjoy it

(Peter) 45 years amazing what do you think Chris?

(Chris) I think it's amazing

(Tim) Did you want to come in and have a closer look?

(Peter) we would love to

We are back for our after video Chris how was the Lego Expo for you?

(Chris) I thought the Lego Expo was really good my favourite part was the city and the soccer Lego that took him 40 years to make

(Peter) yeah that was unbelievable wasn't it? (Chris) yes (Peter) and so much effort and so much attention to detail yeah so good and where are we having lunch today?

(Chris) we're having lunch at Netherworld in the valley

(Peter) yeah where you can get a good burger a cheap burger and if you like pinball is the place to come to for sure and they have all sorts of different retro games and they're very kind here towards vision impaired and blind people so they'll definitely make you feel welcome they'll help you read out the menu, it's just a great place to come for lunch yeah
