Brew Cafe Brisbane

I thought it was about time for a Beyond Vision café recommendation, I’m a little wary of doing this due to the nature of cafes closing up shop at a moments notice, but The Brew Cafe and Wine Bar located in Lower Burnett Lane Brisbane City is the exception.
The Brew has been around for 20+ years and as a support worker it has everything that both myself and my clients need like – accessible bathrooms, entertainment, friendly staff, great coffee, nearby bus stops and train stations not to mention and maybe just as important The Brew has blasting air conditioners that will allow you the chance to escape the heat!
The video below has more information as well as directions and mobility instructor recommendations to make your first visit to The Brew safe and easy.

Hey guys I'm Keilen, I'm an employee here at Brew Cafe and Wine Bar. Just wanted to let you guys know if you're ever in the city and you want to come listen to some eclectic music, get a cup of coffee, have a delicious bite to eat, you're always welcome
Always open we open at 7:00 in the morning on weekdays and 8:00 in the morning on weekends and we close late in the evening so if you want to come by and have a glass of wine, have a beer, have a cocktail we do delicious cocktails, have amazing wine and yeah come on in.
(Peter) Thank you so much and I love that you guys also have accessible bathrooms for for anybody that needs them. And out of all the cafes that Benny and I have been to in the city you guys are the most accommodating, and just really lovely people so thank you for having us.
Thank you very much, yeah we we love having people in, Benny's great, you're great we're always happy to have you guys, thanks man, thank you so much

Hey Peter here we're just outside the Brew Cafe which was our recommendation for a really good Cafe to try in the city and it's actually a bit of a tricky place to find so I wanted to give everyone some instructions on how to find the place.
It is down an alleyway which you will find if you walk past Rocking Horse record store and it'll be the first alleyway you come into contact with when when you go past that store if you're coming from the King George Square bus stop, the underground bus stop which is right beside the City Hall once you cross the lights and head onto Albert Street just keep following that street directly up go past that Rocking Horse records store and the first alleyway on your left will bring you down to the Brew Cafe.
There's a pretty big step once you enter the cafe so just be mindful of that and if you scale the wall and you'll find some steps, three steps with a guide rail and that'll take you down to the cafe itself and just before those steps, like right next to them is the accessible toilets.
So I hope I've made things a little easier for you guys if you want expert mobility help I would recommend seeing a mobility instructor like Christa Jacobs, Lisa Young or Forward Steps Mobility they have a wealth of knowledge, and they've been doing the job for a long time heaps of experience there
Alrighty enjoy your afternoon
